Authorities investigating the murder of Charlie Kirk have revealed disturbing new evidence involving the ammunition found near the crime scene. The suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, is being held without bond and faces charges including aggravated murder, illegal discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice.
A high-powered bolt-action rifle was recovered in a wooded area where Robinson allegedly fled. Alongside it, investigators discovered footwear, palm, and forearm prints, as well as bullets and casings engraved with unusual messages. Some engravings seem to reference meme culture and online games. For instance: “Hey, fascist! Catch!” appears alongside arrow patterns similar to video game controller inputs. Another inscription, “Bella Ciao,” refers to the anti-fascist song. A more bizarre message reads: “Notices bulges OwO what’s this?” These phrases, sometimes humorous or cryptic, come from internet subcultures and could be attempts at coded communication.
While the role these engravings play in determining motive is not yet clear, experts believe they may reflect the suspect’s digital and cultural influences. Federal and state investigators are still analyzing all evidence to uncover what led to the tragic event.
