For many people, plastic surgery is a form of self-expression or a way to enhance their appearance. Some opt for small or medically necessary procedures, while others pursue more extreme transformations to achieve their ideal look.
Over the years, several individuals have taken cosmetic enhancements to remarkable levels. Among them is billionaire socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, 77, famously nicknamed “Catwoman.” The Swiss-born celebrity has reportedly spent over $2 million on surgeries in her quest for a feline-inspired appearance.

Her transformation began with an eye lift, but it soon became an ongoing obsession. In a 1998 Vanity Fair interview, her ex-husband, Alec Wildenstein, revealed how frequent her surgeries had become, saying, “She thought she could fix her face like a piece of furniture. Skin doesn’t work that way — but she wouldn’t listen.”
Her story remains one of the most striking examples of extreme plastic surgery.
